Finance Council

The Finance Council is an advisory council to the pastor and helps manage the resources of the parish by reviewing parish financial information, implementing procedures regarding resources.

Pastoral Council

The Pastoral Council is an advisory council to the pastor, supports the Pastoral Plan, and helps to integrate the Parish Vision into all aspects of Faith Formation and Parish Life.

Committees

Arts and Environment

This ministry designs, coordinates, and implements decor for the worship area that enhances and reflects the changing liturgical seasons of the Church calendar.

Facilities Maintenance Committee

This committee oversees general maintenance of the parish facility to include janitorial service, landscaping, preventative maintenance contracts (such as outsourced HVAC, security, fire, etc.), snow removal, and general repairs. We also conduct two annual major cleaning/touch-ups for the church prior to Easter and Christmas. We provide budgetary input for expenses and assist the Pastor and Pastoral Council in developing a long-term facility plan. The team meets the second Friday of each month at 11am in the Parish Library.

Stewardship Committee

This ministry provides ways for parishioners to give back to God what God has given to them through time, talent, and treasure. Parishioners give time through work in the church and community. Talent is the skills parishioners give to benefit others in our church and community. Treasure is the sacrificial giving of finances and gifts made to our church and community.
