Right At Home Treasure Valley is looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator. Right at Home provides licensed, bonded and trained caregivers to work in the homes of aging and disabled adults who assist them with various activities of daily living.

Details
The Staffing Coordinator’s primary job function is to screen and hire new caregivers and schedule them on cases throughout Ada County.

Requirements
The position requires a reliable, organized, self-starter with a strong work ethic and calm demeanor. In addition, the right individual will have to be comfortable answering phones, conducting general office duties and must truly enjoy working with people.
Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Screening and hiring of LVN’s, CNA’s, CHHA’s & Caregivers
• Scheduling caregivers on cases
• Conducting training with caregivers
• Receiving inquiry calls from potential clients and scheduling initial assesments
• Answering phones
• General office duties, including filing, copying, assembling mailings and assembling client/sales binders
• After hours on-call scheduler one night per work week and one weekend per month.

Skills required for position include:

• Scheduling and staffing background a must
• Strong computer skills including client/caregiver database management and scheduling software
• Comfortable answering phones
• Comfortable working with people
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and successfully
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm
